Do you have a vegan menu?

Absolutely! We have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options available, including our flavourful jackfruit rendang and chickpeas tagine. Each dish is crafted with care to satisfy even the most discerning plant-based palates.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, we understand the importance of catering to dietary restrictions. That's why all our slow cooked flavours are gluten free. They could be served with rice, mixed salads, quinoa, roasted vegetables, couscous and cauliflower rice.

Is it halal?

We offer halal menus such as the chicken rendang and the lamb tagine.

Can I purchase gift cards for The Happy Pot?

Yes, treat your friends and family to the gift of delicious slow cooked comfort food with our gift cards! Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or just because, our gift cards are the perfect way to share the love of food with your loved ones.

Can I make special requests or substitutions to my order?

Yes, we're happy to accommodate special requests or substitutions whenever possible. Whether you're craving a different side dish or need an ingredient omitted due to allergies, just let us know, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

How soon do you delivery my order?

We are cooking round the clock to get you your slow cooked comfort food. All orders will ship within 1-4 business days from when the order is placed. Once your food leaves the kitchen, it typically takes 1 day to deliver to your door. 

Are our orders shipped in a cooling package?

Absolutely Yes as we want to ensure that it retains its deliciousness.

How should I store my food?

We recommend storing your delivery in the fridge and eating it within 3 days. If you are not ready to eat the slow cooked goodness just yet, you can freeze it for up to 3 months. When you receive the accompaniment sauces please leave them in the fridge and eat within 1 week.  

My order is delayed… Help!

If your order is slightly delayed by the carrier but is still arriving within the chosen delivery time frame, please allow for it to make its journey to you. The unexpected sometimes happens. If it seems as though it will arrive later than the delivery time frame, please shoot over a message to yvette@thehappypot and we’ll look into this for you.

My parcel arrived damaged.

Sometimes parcels become damaged in transit. If your parcel has a rip or break and/or was taped up, please keep in mind that damage to the parcel is normal and sometimes our courier will tape the box to keep it safe from further damage. Of course, if there are issues with the food, feel free to reach out to our team at yvette@thehappypot and we’ll do our best to assist!
